Caput Mundi, or the head of the world, is the Latin term many inhabitants of Rome used to indicate the importance of their city's history world. But the head could use a little rejuvenation. The restaurant on the first floor, serves Italian cuisine experimental, while the lower pizzeria offers fabulous pizza. The ground floor also houses a wine bar, a bookstore and a gourmet formaggeria "where you can enjoy the great cheeses around the country. The place is extremely popular, however, it is worth waiting a while in the queue outside.
And after dinner at Gusto, you know as: initiatives for the rejuvenation of the Eternal City leave no room for any doubt – the Italian capital remained at the head of the world, even in the twenty-first century.
