How can I make delicious fresh coffee has shown?
Help! The parents of my husband will come tonight and he told me that my coffee is awful! Is there some advice for making delicious fresh coffee recovered that will not incite anger terrible my husband?
Avoid heating the coffee for too long. Coffee is best if not heated over 170 degrees F. Otherwise, form acids that are (1) bad taste (2) bad for teeth and (3) bad for the stomach. Get a large Pyrex (TM), a measuring cup and a thermometer. Place the desired amount water in the Pyrex cup for testing. Place the Pyrex glass of cold water in the microwave and stand several times. Promptly remove the Pyrex cup now, heated water temperature measurement. Finding the correct cooking time to reach 170 degrees F. But no higher. Always use freshly ground. It tastes much better. (This is the secret of all coffee restaurant.) You may grind your own coffee at the grocery store. Place a coffee filter in a large measuring cup Pyrex. Put the desired amount of freshly ground coffee in the coffee filter and measuring cup. Add the amount previously measured water to 170 degrees. Heat the coffee and water in the microwave for a suitable time for 170 degrees. Coffee May to soak for 5 minutes to increase brewing. Pour ground coffee into the cup Pyrex coffee in a filter holder on top of a cup of coffee. Remove the coffee using the filter in the Pyrex cup and discard.
