Brewer Coffee
Are you a coffee drinker? I am. Perhaps, as you read this, you can relate to my experiences. I really hope. I am writing from my heart. What is written here is for all coffee drinkers might be very strong! The standing joke was "if a spoon Wil not stand in it, it is not strong enough.. Cities were settled by nationality. German, Swedish, Polish, Czech, Danish, English, Irish and all other countries in this region. The time of my youth was the late 40s and through the 50s. So most time, coffee was the drink of choice.
Coffee has been consumed throughout the year. In summer, the weather could rise to 100 degrees. Winter weather would increase well below zero.
Coffee has been part of life. It has great social implications to it. When you've been invited to the house of a neighbor for a cup of coffee, they said in so many words unspoken, "You are our friend and we cherish your friendship. We are honored to have you as our guest house to share what's happening in your life and what happens in ours. "
Think about this. When someone asks you to join them for a cup of coffee, they say by this gesture, "you are important to me and I will show you my gratitude for your presence, sharing a cup of coffee with me. "He can not do better then that when a human feels a link with another human being with this simple gesture to invite them for a cup of coffee.
And since that day after day for hundreds of years!
The social impact of sharing time with someone can not be measured.
Drinking coffee and smoking cigarettes go together When I started at the age of 19. Very few people questioned the health risk of smoking and drinking excessive amounts of coffee. In the great films of the time it was in waves of smoke. Movie stars were our models. Crime films and war films always had the stars and supporting actors and actresses drinking coffee and smoking.
I quit smoking after 20 years. Coffee was my companion for over 50 years without any health problems. I attribute a large part why I have not had any health problems from coffee and caffeine is my attitude. I do not anaylyze coffee how good or bad drinking. I just love the taste of the drink. Moderation is the key that we humans should do what we do. 2 or 3 cups a day is enough.
Be careful to order a large 18 Wheeler the driver must be vigilant at all times. Coffee makes it much easier to stay alert. Police, firefighters, all branches of the military, pilots commercial airlines to name a few occupations were critical of the staff must be vigilant when in use.
During my life I managed Motor Inns. These businesses never close. At some point in a period of 24 hours on working days must be liquidated. The slowest time in the hospitality business is after 11 hours. The person responsible for balancing the day and the end of the day is called the night auditor. After 30 years as an auditor at night may have changed. The duties are the same, I think.
Managing a motel or hotel manager requires a good manager to work as I was at Tarin new night auditors. The auditor worked 11-7 to balance business days. Having a delicious cup of coffee periodically during the night was simply wonderful. He helped keep your head clear so we could concentrate on the task at hand. My wife, children and I have spent many hours on our interstate system. We traveled from the Midwest to the west and back. We traveled from Minnesota to southern Texas and back. Chicago, Minneapolis and Milwaukee. Vacation time required to load up the thermos with coffee and heading out on the road. Traveling the highways is so boring.
The answer was for me a thermos of coffee. Driving with a tasteful cup of coffee in hand, admiring the scenery was very pleasant for me.
We live in the country's most beautiful and interesting in the world. Stop along the highway rest stops to stretch and go to the rest room would end as a social breakdown. Exchanging tales with other travelers on where you were headed and they would have been a good time to enjoy a cup of coffee. Another great way to meet and socialize with people.
Coffee for me has always been a means of enjoy precious moments with people. I read that coffee is not good for us. I also read it is good for us. To provide opinion is not my intention. I wrote this article from the heart to share with anyone interested in reading these words of reason which I drink coffee.
