Cup Switch
I like green tea, when it comes to the question, I am not objective. I begin almost every day with a pot of green tea powder. Not every day, some days I have a few cups of Genmaicha, Jasmine Tea or Kukicha Rameau.
I lived in New Orleans and Seattle, the coffee the two cities is in the air. Shops are equipped with fans over their roasters that pull air into the streets. Coffee in the two cities is high. I love the smell and taste a good cup early in the morning. Sometimes even a cup of bad is good. The only problem is my body likes not here and it made me know. The tea powder Green, it does for me. There are other good teas, but I enjoy Gunpowder in the same way I enjoy a good Latte. I think all those who appreciate Coffee can find green tea they enjoy as much as coffee. Gunpowder may not be the tea for you, it may take several experiments with tea but if you need to go there is hope.
The level of sweet caffeine in tea helps me enjoy the morning without the ups and downs I feel extreme with coffee. I no longer have the shock of driving to work in the morning if I did not shock a couple of cups coffee. I can take two or three cups of tea without being too wired. More than three cups of strong mixing of powders and I will not mow the front yard of what is happening. This amount of caffeine and something takes a little longer.
The thing about the powder is there any need to settle. I read numerous articles on how to make tea and they usually say let the tea steep for a few minutes. This does not just powder. Gunpowder leaves are rolled into a tight ball. The leaves need time to deploy and stiff. Put three cups of water in a saucepan, add one or two tablespoons tea powder, just bring water to almost boiling. Reduce heat and let stand. This is not cooking microwave and not tea bag tea. This is the real thing, let the leaves unfurl and steep.
I am not trying to sell you on Gunpowder green tea. If you are coffee drinker and want to switch I am trying to sell you on finding your own tea. It may take some experimenting with brewing your own tea. Get good colander, pot well and buy a bunch of teas. Buy as small amount as you can, as many varieties as you can, if you can find some you like.
Powder can be a bit much, some of the other teas I like when the gunpowder gets to be too are Genmaicha, Kukicha Rameau and Jasmine Tea. Jasmine is great with food. Genmaicha has popcorn and rice, he is not very good and is brewed with a little powder. Kukicha shoot good deal of the stomach, it has a nutty flavor Nice.
Tea has half or one third of the caffeine in coffee. This means that you can drink two to three times more. Most Caffeine is found in black tea. Caffeine is stronger the smaller tea leaves. The caffeine content is greater than is found in tea leaves that are fermented longer. Fresh tea leaves contain about 4% caffeine.
If you do not want caffeine, decaffeinated green tea still has some caffeine. Not all of the caffeine can be taken by the process of decaffeination Only most of it. There is debate about the extent of the benefits lost by the process of decaffeination. Some say the health benefits are in ruins.
Green tea is better for your teeth. The tea will stain your teeth, but nowhere as bad as coffee. Tea contains fluoride, so your teeth will healthier, if not as white.
