Espressione Cafe

Buying an espresso machine is an important decision in choosing a wrong youÂ've and wasted a few hundred dollars, choose a good and you'll be rewarded for years to come.
Harvesting machine for your needs is a matter of prioritizing features that are most important to you. It may not be a machine is exactly in your budget and has all the features you want. Moreover, there may not be a machine to sell at any price that has all the features you want. You may have to compromise a little.
Here are some factors to consider:
Price
The price is indeed a factor for most people. Generally, you get more for money – more metal, less plastic, manufacturing high quality, better support, more controls. On the other hand, if you just want occasional cappuccino, or if you rather buy something else with your money, machines cheapest can make a very decent drink.
Espresso machines are certainly not cheap, but compared to going to every day of Starbuck, it may not be long at all for a good machine to pay for itself. Expenses 3 million each week to the local coffee house translates to $ 750 over a year. You could buy a machine ideal for that amount that will last for years to come.
Type
Mocha or Steam – Steam provides pressure to push water through a bed of coffee. No real control over the pressure or temperature. Length of time of mixing is controlled by the operator.
Semi-automatic – Pump provides pressure. Operator grinds, doses and Tampa coffee in a portafilter. Brewing pressure and temperature are set and monitored by the machine. Duration of brewing (and hence the volume) is controlled by the operator.
Automatic – Pump provides pressure. Operator grinds, doses and TAMPS coffee in a portafilter. Brewing pressure and temperature are set and monitored by the machine. Machine automatically brews a volume predetermined.
Super-Automatic – Pump provides pressure. Machine automatically grinds, doses, Tampa, brews a predetermined volume, and ejects the spent puck, all with the push of a button. Some commercial super automatic can also steam milk automatically, depending on your selection of brew. Bosch, Saeco and Solis are some brands of super automatic bid.
Sunrise – Sunrise pushes a piston to provide pressure. Lever down manually by the operator. Espresso Machines Lever are more difficult to operate, but offer more control over time. For those who love the art of making espresso. Lever machines are always offered by the original manufacturer – La Pavoni.
Design
The traditional espresso machine is a little square and square. If it's OK – great – there are many to choose from. If you prefer a machine with a more modern design, we could consider the Espressione Cafe Retro, La Pavoni Cellini or the La Pavoni Pisa. For an old world design, you might consider a La Pavoni lever machine.
Boiler
The boiler heats the water for espresso. It is usually made of aluminum, brass, copper or stainless steel. Aluminum heats the fastest, but brass and stainless steel retain heat longer. If you just want a quick cup in the morning, aluminum better job in May. Brew If you repeat shots, think of brass, copper or stainless steel. Over the years, the aluminum may have a tendency to corrode over brass, copper and stainless steel.
Another consideration is the size of the boiler. Small boilers (3-5 oz) to heat faster and are perfect for 1 or 2 cups, but they generally require more recovery time and may not maintain temperature as consistently as a larger (7-12 ounces) of the boiler. Generally, more expensive machine, over the boiler.
Pressure Bar
The amount of pressure the machine can produce to force steam through the coffee and making espresso. Technically, only 9 bar is needed, so it does not make much difference if the machine produces 15 16 or 18 bars.
Accommodation
Espresso machines are made with either ABS shock-resistant plastic or metal enclosure. If you bother to plastic, make sure you are looking for a machine with a metal enclosure. As expected, they are more expensive, options and price ranges below are limited.
Size
Remember to consider your counter space and how your espresso machine and it will fit on your kitchen before you buy. Do not buy a machine that is too big and heavy.
Pods
Coffee Pods contain enough coffee for one shot, and are pre-packaged within a membrane filter. The advantage of using the pods is that they are easy to use Â-just open a package pod and put the pod in the pod filter holder. Cleaning is easy because the grounds are inside of the membrane filter, and the grind of coffee is always correct. The pods are great for convenience and cleanliness.
Disadvantages of the use of pods cost, they are more expensive than the grating of clean coffee, and flexibility, you can only make a single catch of the pods. Some ATMs accept pods and some donÂ't. If you want the option of using pods, make sure that the machine you are interested can accept.
Paul Ballenger has been selling coffee makers and espresso machines for over 5 years. Yes, he loves coffee. He has created an Espresso Machine Comparison Chart which separates many espresso machines according to the factors listed above.
