How does the tube steam cappuccino machine Magic Chef?
My mother recently gave me his Magic Chef cappuccino, and I tried use it for the first time. I made espresso no problem, but I can not understand how to use the tube Steam vapor in milk. The only buttons or dials on the subject are on / off switch and there is a sort of line that seems to loosen and tighten the steam tube. I tried to play with it, and it did nothing. As this is a hand-me, I have no manual or even to know the model number or year.
I am not familiar with your machine, but must follow a few design rules so that I may be able to point you in the right direction. There is two switches to flip, or the on / off is to have a third setting (off / on / Steam). Once you brew the coffee (not a real espresso machine, but probably makes a little stronger, unfiltered coffee) This switch sets up the temperature to convert water into steam. You'll have to wait a few minutes before entering temp & you may need to add water in the tank after brewing so it is enough to create steam. Once you have the right temp, put the wand tip just under the surface a container 1 / 3 full of cold milk and slowly turn the knob to release steam. Hold the nozzle close to the surface until the bubbles make the milk look like they have doubled in volume, and then delve more deeply into the wand for heating milk to 140-160F. Clean the nozzle immediately jet of steam in either a vacuum or filled with water containers and wipe off.
