Singles Tassimo coffee calories??
I just bought the Tassimo coffee maker and it comes with the package sinl to cafes, hot chocolate and espresso – The only thing is that I'm on a diet and he doesn't have nutritional values on any of them. Does anyone know where I can find the calories and fat per serving individual?
hot chocolate can vary. I think most often between 50 and 100 CALs a Coffee portion can be assumed without calories. Espresso is usually not more than 25 calories plain. dilute with a little hot water if you can not take photos espresso. Remember that if Starbucks makes fatal food is sugar and milk, no coffee!
